Windel Voyls Limited (WVL) was incorporated in 2007 with the aim to develop core competencies that will facilitate growth in the key sectors of the Nigerian economy through the provision of marine transportation, support services for the offshore oil and gas industry, and related services for both governments and private sector clients.

At inception the company was headquartered in Port Harcourt, Rivers State with branches in Bayelsa and Akwa Ibom States. Following its recent business re-engineering and repositioning, Windel Voyls corporate head office is now located in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.

From that location the company oversees operations in various parts of the country including those in Bayelsa State located at Ololo Field, Plot 47, Harbour Road, Yenegoa. WVL also maintains a support facilities yard at 15 Omotayo Ojo Street, Off Allen Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos State.

The company offers international and domestic marine vessels to maritime construction, oil & gas operators within the African continent on charter and lease basis.

With top-of-the-class operational systems in place, WVL takes pride in the fact that it is an ISO 14001-compliant company.

Standardization of the company’s fleet makes officer training much easier. Based on aeronautics training methods, WVL teams are qualified through a certified process that combines knowledge acquired during the initial training programme, continuous training, training on simulators and experience in the field.
